Returns and Refund Policy
Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer you to return any order within 30 days for a full refund if you are not happy with the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a technical fault with the product. See below if you have a technical fault.
How to return your product for a refund:
Step 1: Contact us at support@dashsafecamera.com requesting to return your order for a refund. After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for you to post the item back to our warehouse. We cover the postage costs for all returns.
Step 2: Print off the returns label we send to you via email.
Step 3: Take your parcel to the local post office to be returned to us.
Step 4: We process all returns and refunds within 1 working day of receiving the return.
Step 5: We will email you once your return has been completed and a refund has been issued.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the money to appear in your bank account. Depending on your banks terms and conditions.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can arrange to get a replacement sent to you within 2-5 business days free of charge.
All our products come with a 2 year warranty, If your product stops working contact our team for a replacement and we will cover all shipping costs on damaged goods.
